These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

License to use website

Unless otherwise stated, Print Experts and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this website for a commercial purpose;

Unauthorised use of the website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Placing or approving an order.

We require full payment when an order is placed. Please do not place an order if you do not agree. If you decide to cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable. Please see section on Cancellation of an order. Print Experts is not obliged to attend to any changes or variations to the goods unless agreed in writing by both parties.

Cancellation of an order

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled under any way circumstances without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellation or alteration order fee is 10% of the value of the print job. Minimum fee will be $50 + GST plus any costs on graphic design/plates/proofs if applicable.

Any claims for faulty goods must be placed within 5 days after receiving your order.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT and company cheques.

Specifications

It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all electronic files supplied comply with Print Experts file specifications requirements and that the files supplied are correct and able to be printed as soon as they are supplied. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any graphic material supplied for printing do not breach relevant copyright legislation. Print Experts Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any copyright issues. Artwork supplied incomplete will require a re-quotation and the print price shown for the product will not apply. Although we try our best to achieve best possible colour matching, due to the print process colour variations will occur from reprint to reprint. Marginal variation will occur from one run print run to the other. Please do not order from Print Experts if you require an exact colour match for a reprint job.

Final proofs will be presented by Print Experts to the Client for approval prior to Completion of work which forms part of the Project.

When the Client executes Print Experts proof approval document, the Client is assumed by Print Experts to have reviewed all aspects of the material presented and to be satisfied with it and to have noted any exceptions in writing.

If Print Experts has submitted to the Client a proof of the work, Print Experts will not be responsible for any error in the work which appeared in the proof and which was not corrected by the Client before the Project was completed. The cost of additions or alterations to any proof submitted to a Client will be added to the price.

Acceptance of orders is subject to credit approval.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Deliveries

We only deliver to – Street/Residential address.

If you have a Street/Residential address and its unattended we can leave your goods at the door, if you request this type of delivery, please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

Also we cannot deliver to Apartment blocks that have Security Entrances, if they are unattended. (If this happens and the goods are returned to us, you will be asked to arrange your own courier or pay an additional delivery fee).

Limitations of liability

Print Experts will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
for any indirect, special or consequential loss; or
for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data.

These limitations of liability apply even if Print Experts has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
